Charles, Penny and Fran gave superb service. If you have a training program in the customer service division I would highly suggest having one of these three people teach that class. Leadership by example is very important and the example these three set would be a fantastic template for continuing success.

Everyone in the service dept collision dept my ssles rep.janet zanko were fantastic could not ask for a better dealership.Im a ford retire and send all my friends and family extra thanks to penny in collision dept called everyday sometimes twice to keep up dated on car repairs .agsin everyone at this dealership were great kind friendly and woud give this dealership 10 out of 10 thanks for everthing.Becky Nemes

I brought my truck in for some rust repair on the passenger front door and some paint work the driver door,there was a previous paint job on both doors that caused an issue with the repaint,but the body shop fived it up and no it looks better than when it was new!!

Everyone at AutoNation were great to deal with. They called or emailed me to let me know what was going on and they fixed my car in a week, which I really appreciated. I'm very pleased with the repair. I thought they went over and above by cleaning the interior of the car. My 18 year old daughter drives this car so you can imagine the job it took. Great job by Autonation. I would recommend them to my friends.

Even though the Auto Nation I dealt with is a Ford dealership, I found the staff to be extremely friendly and professional as they serviced my 2009 Nissan. Frequent updates as to the completion date was vet helpful. If I only had one complaint it was the fact that two external spare parts were placed on the back seat, causing the light beige upholstery to become soiled.in the future in need be I would definitely use Jon Lance Auto Nation again.

Car looks great. They even vacuumed. Really nice especially when you have little kids. I had a problem with the rental car company and they went above and beyond to help me.

Exterior of vehicle was cleaned thoroughly after being smoke damaged but interior was not and still smelled like smoke. Further inspection when I got vehicle home revealed numerous areas of uncleaned soot that should've been addressed. Wife's vehicle went to Tomko Dodge dealership in much worse shape and came back like nothing ever happened to it. Smelled totally fresh. They removed seats and door panels,etc. and did a very thorough job. This was not done at John Lance and we're very disappointed since I specified I wanted the car to go to your dealership.

They did a great job matching and putting on the new bumper. They left the inside of the car dirty but are taking care of cleaning it up tomorrow.

My new bumper has flaws in it. I don't no if was damaged in shipping or during install. In either case it is totally unexcatable . Maybe that's the reason it took so long. Totally unhappy with my experience.
