The repair looked great. It was done quickly and with good communication. The only negative was receiving a message that since the survey directly affects the employees, I should refrain from taking the survey unless I can give a perfect rating. It is off-putting and defeats the purpose of a survey.

My car was in the shop for an entire month because a part was on backorder. I was never once offered a loaner. I had to beg for one. It took 2 weeks of begging to finally say I could get a loaner. By the time I could, the part miraculously came in and no loaner was ever presented. There is no feasible reason a minor fender bender should be in a shop for a month. I should not have had to pay for a rental car while my car was just sitting in their garage with no work being done on it. This is the second time I have had a unsatisfactory experience with autonation and I will not be leasing from them again. Each time my car has been in the shop it has been significantly depleted of gas at my own expense. Last time, my car was given to me with 0 miles until empty left on it! I was told by customer service "don't worry, you can make it to the corner gas station". This is deplorable customer service.

My vehicle has been repaired twice recently and each time I was advised on its progress regularly. The repairs were made beautifully and the car was returned in pristine order.

Simply put, as everything should be and courteously done!

The inside of the vehicle was completelying ignored, completely unacceptable. All of the buttons stick, the windshield is streaky.

Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. They kept me informed of the status of the repairs the whole way through the process and I'm very happy with the work.
