After receiving my car, I had a concern that may have occurred during the repair. On April 4th I came in & spoke with Dale. He looked at the car & told me he would call me back. Over the next 2 weeks I called Dale twice & left messages but never received a return call. Even if the concern I had did not occur during the repair, I did deserve a call back. Very rude. Poor business practice.

Dale was very professional & provided the best service for an accident caused by another driver. I had a damaged passenger mirror which was my responsibility…Dale was kind to find a used mirror & saved me over $200…I was just thrilled. Then, the inside of my car was cleaned…I touched my wheel sliding through my hands…again couldn’t believe that kind of service…called Dale to thank him. Friends asked who fixed my car…Auto Nation…I am proud to tell the whole world…thank you!

Dale did an excellent job of keeping me informed of where things were at in the process, from beginning to end. From the time the car got towed to the collision center (which he coordinated) to the time I picked it up, I did not have to worry about a thing. Best of all, the car was returned to me in perfect condition and it hasn't been this clean since I bought it! Thank you for your excellent service.
