Although it took longer than expected, Rachel was so kind and kept me informed. She made sure my rental car was ok and assured me that my car was being fixed and taken good care of. She is such an asset to your company and I appreciated every call or text she made to me.

I was extremely pleased with the way I was treated from the beginning as well as the way my car looks and was repaired. I just picked it up, but it seems the job was completed and looks great. However, if I found something today, I'm sure they would stand behind the job. The entire staff was great, but Rachel exceeded all my expectations from taking a personal interest to seeing the job was done right. Very different from other " collision shops" I have dealt with over the years. Thank you
