My contact Rachael was wonderful and kept me up to date with what was going on, she was great. However it took 6 weeks to fix 3 small dings that was not acceptable obviously there is a problem in the shop.

The customer service experienced was exceptional! Receiving text updates was extremely nice and Courtesy call when my vehicle was ready was great. Being able to pay by phone and have my receipts in the car so I could pick up around my schedule really made my day!

Working with Rachel was great. She understood how particular I was with the repairs on my S2000 and on my time restraints (I was leaving to return to Hawaii on June 4th.) She made no promises but assure me that she would do her best in getting the car back to me before the 4th. She kept me updated on the status of how work was coming on my car. The repair and paint job was great! I will definitely recommend Auto Nation Collision to my friends.
