There were some delays due to parts being on back order and apparently there were some issues with paint that put off my van being painted for quite some time. I understand that this in no way should reflect on Erica who helped. It was the responsibility of whoever is in charge of whatever was needed for that department to make sure things were getting done. With that being said, I’m giving major kudos to Erica who helped me and stayed on top of everything every step of the way. You can definitely tell that she cares about her job and her customers! Will highly recommend her to anyone that goes through auto nation collision!
