I think Auto nation act on behalf of the insurance not for the costumer,the repairs are not challenge by the insurance or the costumer. I did not feel like I or my car matter just my deductible,the charges and repair was not explain to me I felt helpless not knowing if I had a fair deal or the best repair.

I did not receive prompt updates on my vehicle. I had to call twice to get the status. I even had to alert the shop on the day that m rental was up that it was expiring and I had to suggest they call the insurance adjuster and rental company to extend if my car wasn't complete. Also, there were scratches that I saw after getting into direct sunlight that were not corrected. I will not likely take my vehicle back to be fixed because being without my vehicle for such a long period of time is an inconvenience.
