This is the second time your shop has fixed my car after a wreck on my back bumper and I have been (****) pleased and (2) impressed both times. The first time there was absolutely no communication and it took 2 weeks to fix. That was a little frustrating that there was no communication. This time, however, took 4 days and there was daily communication by either email or a phone call. I love this place!

Quick, reliable, kept me updated, trustworthy, no hassle...even washed my car and cleaned it inside before handing it back. Hopefully i don't need to go back to deal with a collision, but if i needed to, I'd take it to them!

I like the collison agent, Mr. Waymon who kept me abreast of what was going with my vehicle. I had no problems getting touch with him when I called about information regarding my vehicle. He was polite, friendly and courteous. And above all my vehnicle looked brand neww.
