When I retrieved my car it was filthy, dusty and someone had mudded up my floor mats. Also, Kevin left me a voice message that my car might be ready on Tuesday morning as they had come in and worked on it over the weekend. I didn't hear from him again until I called him on Wednesday and he stated then that the car was just being pulled out of the shop. Now which was it? So I went and retrieved the car on Thursday, 10/6. It was constant having to track him down. He doesn't respond quickly to calls (never calls you back even if you leave a voicemail) and I always had to page him. I had to deal with him before on another claim when I had State Farm, and I thought since I had USAA I wouldn't have to deal with him again, but it appears he is the person for that one as well. I don't think I will every use AutoNation COLLISION AGAIN AS THIS HAS BEEN ONE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND A LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. I AM NOT IN THE BUSINESS OF CHASING DOWN SOMEONE TO GAIN INFORMATION ABOUT MY VEHICLE.

Waymon is an outstanding employee. He explains every process in detail, keeps you in the loop and is a pleasure to work with. He truly provides Nordstrom level served in the automotive service world. Be sure to give him an extra day off. I truly appreciate his professionalism.
