Justin Ferencz did an outstanding job on handling the repair of my 2017 Ford Explorer -- from beginning to end, Justin stayed in contact with me, updated me on progress, and brought my car back to me in beautiful condition. Justin Ferencz and his team did an absolutely remarkable job and I commend them. I am a very satisfied customer and proud to have worked with AutoNation Collision Center.

Justin who helped me was very helpful. While my vehicle was being repaired, he continued to give me updates on the status of my vehicle. He had one of Auto Nation Collision Tech drive me to Team Nissan for a loaner car and offerd to drive the loaner back to Team Nissan. I am very impressed with my service at the Auto Nation Collision Center and I wold refer a family member or friend to your Center at any time.

Kevin was wonderful to work with. The process went as smooth as it could possibly go. This is my second time using Autonation Collision and I will go again (if I have a need) and will recommend it to friends and family.

Waymon's customer service was outstanding. He was patient and considerate during this emotional incident. His communication was very effective during his routine phone call follow ups.

Justin Ferenze,was awesome,he was my service advisor for my recent vehicle repair. The insurance company that was responsible for fixing my vehicle wanted to use aftermarket parts on my newly bought vehicle I instead wanted only original parts, and he was very adamant that his customer got what he wanted,the insurance adjuster was less than available but Justine was in constant contact with the insurance company,and they finally relented.Justin and Autonation collision constantly kept me up to date to the point I didnt even worry about my vehicle because I knew it was in professional very capable care,he was transparent and above and beyond and I knew exactly what to expect. Justine and the team at Autonation collision are in my opinion the best in the business.Justin is a real asset to Autonation. Thank you for getting me back on the road.
