Inside Driver poor panel not put back on properly , pops when you push door. Front the side you can see it’s not properly flush.
During the entire proces , my battery was drained to a minimum. These aren’t your average car batteries , but anyhow it was drained where it left signal notice for me.
Mechanics had hard time installing BMW parts/mirror etc. not cool!
Best part was the service guy JP ! I regret to leave his notice but my door panel isn’t on properly and I’m afraid to bring back .

The entire Auto Nation Collission experience was great. Collision repair associate Jordan was with us every step of the process. We received timely updates from Jordan over the phone and email of my car repair status. There was never a time in the repair process that my wife and I felt we were not being taken care of. We would definitely recommend Jordan and his Auto Nation Collission team first to our family and friends.

The technician team did not reconnect the battery. The positive terminal was not connected. Also the battery cover was not placed back on the battery. It was lying on top of the engine block where it could have been easily broken. The weather stripping on the right side passenger door was not fully installed. I had to complete the job myself. Megan Chapa was awesome! Very helpful and informative. Jordan was great too. He filled in for Megan when she went on vacation, but the mechanics were a little sloppy.

The service was great. JP went above and beyond by giving us daily updates on our vehicles progress. Both cars were repaired quickly causing us little inconvenience. Overall we were very happy with the service and I’d recommend them to anyone.
