JP was awesome! I called him on short notice on a Friday morning because it was my only day off work that I could drop my vehicle off for repairs. With no hesitation, he told me to bring my vehicle by. By the following Friday, my vehicle was fixed and looked brand new again! I would definitely recommend JP and AutoNation Collision Center!!!

Ms Megan Chapa is a great asset! She kept me informed continuously on the status of my repairs. The repairs look very professional. My concerns were the alignment between the hood and front quarter panel replacements. Great job!

When I first made my appointment to bring my car in I asked if I could bring it in on the same day. The receptionist said Megan had appointments available but Megan has to make it since it was the same day and she would give the message to Megan. This was at 0847 when I called. At 1212, I called again to see if i could bring my vehicle in and was told to leave a message for Megan and she will call me back. I left a message. At 1603 I called again because I have not heard anything. The receptionist apologized that she didn’t call back got Megan on the phone. The first question she asked me was why I wanted to bring my car in on that day? I told her because I was off that day and not the next. It seemed to me as if she didn’t care. That is my only complaint. The receptionist are very nice and courteous. The work down on the vehicle was great. The rest of my experience was great. As I deceived above the only issue I had was getting Megan to call me back for bring my vehicle in.
