The work was well done, but was supposed to take 4 days. Instead it took 12. When I expressed concern about the extended time and asked when the car would be ready, the man who called me was very short with me about it.

Although it was stated that coolant was put in my vehicle... my car nearly overheated last night after picking it up. A warning came up stating "AC shutting off due to engine temperature". when looking at the Gage, the engine temp was just a quarter before it got all the way to the "H"....when looking under the hood, there was VERY little coolant in the tank... I had to put some myself..thankfully I was passing by a gas station when it happened and was able to avoid it completely overheating and blowing my engine... Both front head lamps were replaced and I had moisture in on the driver side lamp...I'd like that fixed. The job did take two additional days to complete (which was fine being my rep kept me informed ) ... they needed additional time to match the tri coat pearl paint. Everything looks to match fine, except for the fact that the rear bumper doesnt look to have been fitted correctly... there's a gap by the rear driver side light and its sticking out and I can see where the paint was scratched while trying to get it on.. Being that I have a week long business trip to attend next week and Am needing a vehicle... this is going to be a MAJOR inconvenience if not handled properly. I just dropped off my car with my Rep, who says he will have things checked out and it sounds like they will flush the line to make sure there is not leaks or air pockets. He states he will call me back to let me know about the rest... I hope we can get this situation handled.

I thought James help me very efficiently. He was very polite also. He was professional and caring that I was taken care of in a timely manner. I do have a problem with service people messing with dials and such in my car. I know they listened to my radio as it was not on a Christian radio station. They messed up where I see the milage of how many miles are left before I need gas. Now it just shows different number all the time blinks on and off. They, the serviceman had not right touching anything in my car it was the outside getting fixed. They did clean the car on the inside which I am appreciative of, but still they should not have touched anything like radio or any other dials in my car. Now I will have to take my car back to the dealer for them to straighten out what they did. Like I said before James was very helpful. Thank you
