If I hadn't made the trip to complain about my car not being ready until Wednesday, July 27, I would have been in a rental car until then. I was promised it would be a 2 day job and I was very unhappy about it not being ready on time. I am glad I went in person and wanted to see my car and spoke to manager. No complains about work done on car.

I was repeatedly told the car would be ready on a particular date, and then it was not. It would be better to wait until you have a date certain before calling/texting to say it will be ready

The return time was great. However that being said was very disappointed in the condition of the car. The shade on the inside of the car is covered in compound dust or something else. There are places outside the car that are rough and the clear shield to protect the front is no longer on the hood or the front quarter panel but yet it is still on the driver front quarter panel. Makes it look sloppy The service was friendly and I liked the update but for quality not so much.

One stop shopping, adjuster on site, repairs on site, enterprise rental car on site. Michelle at the front desk is very cordial and professional, Tim took really good care of me, very professional and he kept me informed every step of the way. Enterprise was fantastic as well, they got me the car I requested within minutes on site. You guys also detailed my car, that's above and beyond. Outstanding customer service. We are very pleased.
