There was also another gentleman who assisted when I came in for the estimate I cannot remember his name, but he was very helpful and pleasant too. I have used AutoNation Collision Center before this incident and will again if needed. Thank you, James!

My experience was outstanding. Mr. James Deming had an answer to satisfy everyone of my questions. I was very apprehensive prior to meeting with the people at autonation. But once Mr. Deming took over my claim and we discussed the repair process my mind was at ease. Mr. Deming and his team, without a doubt, exceeded my expectations. The actual repair job was phenomenal. I will refer others and request autonation again if circumstances permit.

The work done was very good. Keeping the customer updated was not. Comments were made by Auto Nation that they would contact me every other day to keep me informed of the progress. This was not done, I had to call them every 3-4 days to see what was happening.

All Autonation employees at the Corpus Office were very hospitable and quick to provide assistance. The person in charge of our claim was James. He was very respectful, kind, and wick as far as providing us with step by step data concerning the progress of our Toyota Rav4. Thank you so very much. We have always dealt with Autonation and will continue to do so. With much appreciation, the Pena family:).

AutoNation showed us they are a truly professional business worthy of the USAA acredidation for policy holders. Still has a dent in door where it was supposed to be repaired. Now have to bring back to see what will be done. Satisfaction depends on how this will be handled.

Chris was AMAZING! I would recommend autonation to anyone who needs repairs. After numerous attempts to have my car looked at by Caliber, I called my insurance company to ask for other options. I called and after waiting over an hour at caliber just to be told I had to go to a different location, I was seen immediately by Chris. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
