I am very pleased with the work done on my car. Danny may have felt it took longer than it should have but I felt the time frame was pretty good. As I explained to him I have a neighbor who's truck was rear ended about two weeks before and they still don't have their vehicle back.

I have two comments; First, I was pleased that my car was washed and vacuumed on delivery. Secondly, I suggest you improve communications with your parts source. When I left my car I was told it could be ready as soon as the following Friday latest Monday afternoon. Then it was Wednesday, then Thursday when I finally picked it up. I don't think that 0ne week is too long for the repair, but don't say two days when it ends up being a week. Give yourself more response time. If you say a week and deliver sooner people would appreciate it more.
