From the moment I walked in I was amazed to hear that Auto Nation was able to act IMMEDIATELY by receiving my vehicle and having a rental ready for me to sign out there on sight. I expected to wait for an open appoinment to be available, perhaps a day or two...but not IMEDIATELY! Throughout the repair process JP contacted me on more than one occasion to update me on the progress. A couple of times I called him but failed to reach him. I was so glad to see that he contacted me in a very timely manner. The repair was complete and I was quickly notified to pick my vehicle up and it looked EXCELLENT!!! I saw nothing less than top-notch professional work with a superb finish. Hats off to the hard-working mechanics and inspectors, as well as, the admin folks for pushing the necessary paperwork. I will definitely drive my 2016 Toyota tundra with extreme confidence showing off the great work Auto Nation put out. Thanks so much Auto Nation!!!
