The ladies at the front desk were awesome! Landon was the absolute best and and so nice and patient with me when I pointed out just a super small issue which was fixed very promptly, I mean within like 2 minutes of pointing it out. And I loved hearing about his kids! They sound like beautiful angels! Also he kept me so informed during every step of my repair process and was so great at communicating EVERYTHING! Honestly I don't have anything negative to say about Landon or AutoNation at this point. I feel like my experience was flawless. I know that AutoNation and Enterprise are two separate companies but please let Shea know (not sure if I spelled her name right) that I am so grateful for all of her help. She was sooooo nice. She helped me move one of the car seats over to my vehicle and also helped move a bag of my junk over. And parents (like me) know and understand how hard it is to install and uninstall those things! Lol Also she tried to set up my Bluetooth in my vehicle for me but sadly neither of us could figure it out! Lolol She was sooooo sweet!
