Delivery was much latter than promise and my vehicle front grill was not installed properly and driver side mirror is not working as it was working prior to drop my vehicle. Automation did not do there QC correctly. Very reason to drop my x5 to automation to repair with high dollars. Now I will have to take my vehicle to Autonation again.

I CLICKED YES INSTEAD OF NO,....WAIT TIME WAS FAR TOO LONG AND CALLING COMPANY AND THEN PLACED ON HOLD, NOT BEING ABLE TO TALK WITH ANYONE REGARDING STATUS,..ETC. VERY VERY DISATISFIED AND DISSAPOINTED WITH OVERALL WORK, CUSTOMER SERVICE, ETC.

When I came into Auto Nation Collision Center I was treated well and was happy with the service until I was lied not just once or twice but three times by your Client Advisor Bob Schretter when I asked for only dodge parts and he said "that's not a problem mam, we will get you all fixed up" and when the work was completed, and he called me I asked again to make sure, I only had dodge parts on my 2013 Dodge Avenger and was told yes mam. To find out after coming to pick up my vehicle that was supposed to be completed had AFTER MARKET PARTS on it! Also I was told that the senor light to the emergency brake was fixed to find out that after driving 32 miles in my car the senor light keeps turning on and off,and of course the business is closed on sat and sun so I'm going to have to take off work to come back to get my car the way I asked for it to be the first time on Monday. Honestly I thought I could trust this Company! I was told this Company was Trustworthy...I'm very disappointed with the results.

The person who delt with my car was horrible. He doesn't know the definition of communication. I had to call and email to try and get information about my car and he never would answer or respond back. I've had my car fixed here before and had a great experience and was updated almost every other day or atleast twice a week of what was going on with my car. Personally the person who helped with my car shouldn't being doing what he is now. My car looks great but my car is my everything and I want to be informed and not wondering what's going on or if my car is even being worked on. Also he promised my car back by Tuesday at the latest and it was ready on Saturday. But he couldn't even call and let me know it wasn't going to be ready I had to keep calling and asking because he doesn't know how to send an email or make a phone call.

Communication could have been a little better - so I knew when to expect to get the car back. I was initially told it was a 2-3 day job, but it took 4. Work was done well, looks great, car was returned clean inside and out. Awesome job! Thanks!
