Excellent service. The daily updates were very helpful. My customer advisor, Bob, was thorough; he immediately saw the damage issue and helped me understand that my Equinox had sustained more than mere cosmetic damage. Ruben, the man from Enterprise, provided exceptional service as well, making sure the rental car was appropriate to my needs; he also checked in to see if there was anything else that I needed. I'm grateful that USAA, the other motorist's insuror, has you as a preferred vendor. You did everything to make a stressful situation much less so.

Victoria Hunt did an excellent job taking care of our automotive collision needs these past two weeks on a 2009 BMW. She was very prompt and went the extra mile to keep us updated on the car's status. We tried to time this while we went out of town since the shop needed the vehicle for one week to complete the repairs.
