Chris was very friendly and went the extra mil ed to make sure my vehicle was done correctly. He let me know when I went to schedule the repair that one of the painters was out until the next week. When I took it back the next week He let know up front how long it would take and when it was finished, He w as liked around the vehicle with me and made sure it was done correctly. Victor Arevalo was very helpful, courteous and efficient. He kept me up to date on the repair progress with my truck. Victor was always pleasant and showed his willingness to answer my questions and understood my concerns in getting the repairs done by friday. My wife told me that the repair job was excellent. We are both very pleased with the customer service and excellent results of the repairs done. I'd like to also commend Stephanie for assisting me a couple of times. Everyone was pleasant and helpful, from the reception desk, to the Enterprise counter, and to Chris Kalvert that kept me posted with how things were going with the repairs.
