John is the best and my first impression is the truck looks great. I am very dissatisfied with your service department on not replacing my driver's door mirror. They said it does not operate because it was jammed and could not be warrantied. That is a lie because it quit working while folding the mirror in when parked in my garage. I purchased the truck at AutoNation and was dissatisfied with your sales technique of covering up scratches on the door handles and a bait & switch technique. I tried to return the truck on 4 days later and was told it was to late. I am trading this truck in for a new truck and will never do business with AutoNation again. It may seem minor that one person can impact your dealership but word of mouth and handling a fleet of new trucks & cars for an oil company is huge. Business you will never have.

Autonation has good communication with their customers. They kept me in the loop on what was going on and had an organized schedule. I would recommend Autonation to a friend/family member.

When I tried to hook up my mesh sling bag in the rear the back piece was not put back in correctly, so I will be bringing it back for you to fix the hooks. Hopefully it can be done quickly.

It took a couple of days if not more before Chris returned my CALLS. My husband had to step in and we got response. Not very happy at all. I was also charged 150 more then I should have, confirmed by Allstate and agreed on by Chris. Hope it doesn't take 2 weeks before I get my money back.

The message updates were useless. The expected completion date was incorrect - almost two weeks from drop off when it was going to be no more than a week. I then had to continuously call to validate. It's better not to send anything than the wrong date.

John Paul (JP) in the collision department and Blake in the service department were both wonderful. John Paul worked through a lot of red tape for me and also kept his promise that Ford would cover my rental car for the extra time. He was a good guy and also made sure my car was taken to service with his best guy (Blake) when it died out front. Blake had my car fixed in less than 24 hours. Overall my satisfaction is 100% with these two dependable gentlemen. You have a loyal customer now. Thank you for your great service.
