Loved the attention and communication from Christina and her team, they are spot on. After I got into the car to leave my power mirrors were all aimed really low; I adjusted the rearview mirror , then the left side but when I went to adjust the right side mirror it wouldn't go upward! So I turned around and Christina Came right out, she worked with it but it's not working right. I know it wasn't damaged in the accident but I also know it was fine prior to bringing it in; I feel that who ever adjusted it screwed it up. Also the small window hatch at the rear has difficulty closing, Christina worked with it but could be an on going issue, she said that I could let her know. Christina is awesome but not happy with the tech that screwed my mirror up!

I had to call to check on the completion date of August 18. I did not hear anything unless I called. After I called my State Farm agent, service got better. When I picked it up, the outside had been detailed and looked great. However, nothing was done to the inside. There were greasy fingerprints in door frames, carpets and seats. I had to spend money to get the inside cleaned up.
