repairs were not done properly. It had to be returned. The Front right wheel was not repaired from hitting the curb during the accident. The hood is not lined up properly. The "hood latch warning" symbol stays on indicating it is unsafe to drive, and there is a new "auxiliary battery Malfunction" warning popping up now that never has before.

I was not happy with the communication from my estimator Chris.. he never called me instead I always had to call him. I was told my car would be ready 5 different days and there was always an excuse. He promised to call when it was ready but never did. Instead I received a text at closing time. Very poor in customer service. I understand things can go wrong but the way to keep customers happy is to communicate. Thank you..

Broken glass was left all in my car and in the cracks and crevases of the dashboard. My car was returned to me dirty with bird crap all over it. It looked like it hadn't been washed.

So far is good, although my rooftop was left open during the rain, due to work I have been unable to get back to get the vehicle cleaned since the top looks like its stained

Interior door panel installed poorly. Door rattles and misalignment visible. Will need to bring it back for further repair. Very inconvenient
