My car was not repaired properly and is back in the shop and I am without a vehicle for the second day in a row. What has been even more frustrating is that nobody from either the Collision Center or the Service Department bothered to call or email me to let me know the status. I had to call and leave multiple messages until finally a receptionist in the service department asked around and told me the door handle was improperly installed so they had to order a new one - which won't be in until tomorrow.

There are still some minor issues that need taking care of - such as the warning light for the tires is on and the left turn signal blinks double time - might have been reset when the headlight was replaced. I called and they said it would be taken care of - overall was good experience. Thank you

Thank you for fixing my car right although it would have been nice to have had my seats cleaned since you stored car parts in my back seat. Also have a new tear on the floorboard of the driver side.
