Charles was super helpful from start to finish and really guided me through the whole process, while keeping me updated with calls and emails. That was very valuable to me as an Assistant that was bringing my bosses truck in, and virtually knew nothing of the process. I picked AutoNation over a couple other auto body shops because I felt that the quality and honesty were there. I don't need someone to contact me, but I appreciate your effort in reaching out! Everyone I worked with was really nice. I received periodic text updates which was also appreciated. There were a couple of miscommunications that made the process difficult at times. I came in to sign an authorization form to allow work on my vehicle, but was given the wrong form and this wasn't corrected until two business days later. The release date of my car was pushed back a few times and while I understand things come up, it would have been nice to receive an estimated fix date that erred on the longer side so if it was ready sooner, it would be a welcome surprise. I had to frequently adjust my work schedule to be ready to pick up my vehicle, but when I was told to expect a call, I didn't receive one. These are minor qualms, but added together did provide some added frustration to the process. I am happy with the repairs made to my car and again, the people I worked with were friendly and answered my numerous questions. If there was clearer communication throughout the process, it would've fostered a wholly satisfactory experience.
