I was told my car was ready for the first time, left work early just to see that my car was not ready. Pieces weren't replaced and it was the absolute worst paint job I've ever seen. Employee apologized and told me next time my car would be ready. Went back a week later to see the work that was done was poor. I couldn't wait any longer to have my vehicle back so I opted to accept the subpar job that your employees did. Last time I will ever take my car to what you guys call a repair shop. Try to hire able people that can do their actual job.

Everyone I delt with was very friendly. Even though the repairs took longer than anticipated, the rental car was the same size as my car so it did not cause me any inconvenience. I still need to hear from the rental place about an extra charge for having the rental longer than expected, but I was told Geico would cover that. That is the only part that I was surprised about since I had no control over how long the shop took to fix my car.
