Gabriel my service rep went out of his way to keep me informed on progress and delivered my car back to me on the day he promised. He also handled all the communication with State Farm agent so all I had to do was pay deductible with the rest being worked out between them. He did an excellent job!

My visit with AUTONATION was spectacular. I am a multi car customer and unfortunately from time to tkme I have body damage. I first felt with JEFFREY over at MERCEDES BENZ Fort Lauderdale where I was taken care of by Jeffrey at the dealer. My car was sent over to the body shop where I met JEFFREY wilkenson. He was spectacular. He had all the answers and was hands on amazing. From the time my car was deliver to the body shop till the time I picked my car up completed, there wasn’t a skip beep. MR wilkenson kept in touch every step of the way, and when the body work was complete my car was sent back to MERCEDES to make sure all codes were correct. I was then informed all was complete and picked up my car. It was perfect. Great body work and paint and clean as a pin. Thanks you for such a wonderful experience in this situation

My customer service rep went above and beyond the call of duty in order to take care of me. He was available to answer questions around the clock and did everything in his power to make my experience great. The day my car was available for pickup I had a meeting right at the time I was supposed to get it. He made it so my car was available sooner than expected and even returned my rental car for me. I made it to my meeting JUST in time (in my newly repaired car!) which would not have happened if not for him. Amazing customer service, thank you!
