I dropped my car off to auto nation just to get my bumper and front grill fixed and it took almost 4 weeks for me to get my car back. Every time I called the guy that worked in the collision department never seemed to know what was going on. It was always the same excuse, the manager quit and so did 2 other technicians. I had nothing to do with the internal problems and really didn't care to know. Every time I called this guy didn't know what was going on and he made it very clear by saying so. I called one day and he told me to pick up the car and when I got there guess what???!!!! He said he told the wrong person to pick up their car, I was furious. He offered me a rental and I had that for a week. When it was time to pick up my car the front bumper looked a mess and he told me it's nothing they could do because it was a refurbish bumper. When it was time for pay he didn't even know how much I owed on the car. I could've said nothing about my 20% portion and walked out the place without a care in the world but I had to tell him how much I owe. This was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had with a company and I would never come back nor would ever recommend this location or any other auto nation affiliation to anyone I know.

Jorge Rivera did a great job, he kept me informed of what was going on with my car. The repair guys also did a wonderful job and it was done in a timely manner. I would recommend people to come there.

Everything was well coordinated. The drop-off, arrangement for pick-up by rental agency, supplemental was handled directly with insurance company and inspection and pick-up of repair vehicle was smooth and easy.
