I called the day my car was brought in to be fixed, I called one week later to follow up. I spoke to William Zimmer. He told me that he had been to busy to even look at my car. I suggested taking my car somewhere else and was told "you have no choice but to move forward". Knowing this was not true, I was very upset. My car was in the shop for nearly 2 months and my insurance was billed 20K. The value of my car is only 35K. because of this experience, I have lost my faith in Autonation and will seriously reconsider buying and/or repairing my vehicle with you in the future.

Paint job so good car looks like new; completed 3 days early; Bill & team obviously take pride in their excellent work; 'went the extra mile' to clean up scratches and detail the car, including cleaning the inside thoroughly; friendly, considerate customer service. Perfecto!

Bill was the easiest service advisor I have ever worked with. He was prompt in returning my phone calls and keeping me updated on the status of my car throughout the process. He even had my car done before it was supposed to be done. If I ever need to have any work done on the vehicle I would go back to Bill and I would highly recommend him to my friends.

Bill was awesome. He told me exactly what would happen and keep me abreast during the entire process of repairing my car. Although he has many customers to work with, he made me feel like I was heard and never rushed. My car was ready in record time...and clean when I picked it up. Thanks Bill and AutoNation!

The main damage was fixed. I had a little delay on the timeline but well managed by Julia. I was just a little sad as tho dents were forgiven and now i will need to fix it and invest some addition car parking time.

Overall, were very satisfied with the outcome and process of the repair to our vehicle. The Collision Adviser ( Bill Zimmer) was courteous, professional as well as informative on keeping us abreast of the developments as they occurred. If asked we would most likely refer Auto Nation to others.
