Kelly was my service contact. He was professional, answered all my questions completely and calledcmectwuce during the repair process to keep me updated on the repair progression. It took autonation delray beach collision center 17 days to replace the door on my black VW JETTA 2015. I went to about 3 other places before that to get a quote and everybody gave me the same estimate for the same parts that apparently autonation "didn't notice" that not just the door had to be replaced but also the bar until my car was in for about 10 days already. Also, the job is relatively small and quick to fix, all the other shops told me about 3 days to have the new part installed and service guarantee but at autonation my car was not touched for about 3 to 4 business days after i dropped in. Why did i choose this place? Because that's where my insurance people told me to, i have never filed a claim so was a total newbie at it. Not a good experience. Unlikely to be back

Worst experience ever. Not taken seriously because we are not
American and couldn't speak the language. Delay of **** month to get the car back, all this with the car being the only mean of transportation used to go back to Canada. Treats customers differently and didn't seem efficient or to understand the situation of their customers.

Horrible customer service. Totally inconsiderate and extremely unprofessional!!! My Nissan Murano has a clunking noise in the right front wheel and the Nissan dealership in Delray Beach suggested to bring it to the Auto Nation Collision Center in Delray Beach on Linton Blvd. I dropped it off on Saturday Nov 7th in the afternoon and spoke with Tom Gamlin. I told him that i was going out of town and that he had the car for the entire week to work on it. I told him i wasnt gonna come back until Friday. He said that he was gonna call me back on Monday and let me know the diagnostic on the car. Monday went by and no calls from Tom. I called him Wednesday afternoon to check the status of the repair and he mentioned that he was going to call me back later that day and of course, he never did! I came back from my trip on Friday and still no calls from Tom. I called him Saturday morning around 9am and he asked me to give him a couple more hours. Noon came around and still no calls from Tom. It wasn't until 3:30pm when he called telling me that he couldnt find what the issue was and didnt know where the noise was coming from. He said that he was gonna replace the engine bushings and that he dint guaranteed that it was gonna get rid off the clunking noise. He then said that he didnt have the parts in stock and that he needed to order them from Nissan. Since it was Saturday, he wasnt gonna be able to get the parts until Monday. I expressed before to him that i needed my car to drive to work. I live in Delray Beach and commute to West Palm Beach everyday. This was very unprofessional and poorly handled by Tom because he had AN ENTIRE WEEK to work on the car and didnt even take a look at it until Saturday afternoon! I couldn't leave my car there any longer because I needed to have my car for the weekend and for work during the week. I asked him if I could pick it up that Saturday afternoon because i was stuck in my house with no car and he said that the car was up on the platform, taken apart, and that he was not going to be able to put it back together for me because he had a haircut appointment that he already made. Unbelievable! He told me that he was going to put it back together on Sunday and that i couldn't pick it up until then! TOTALLY INCONSIDERATE and UNACCEPTABLE since he was basically holding my car hostage and left me the entire weekend without a car! He didnt even offered me a loaner that i could drive. I called him several times Sunday morning and he did not answer his cell phone. It wasnt until 3:30pm that he called and mentioned that I was going to be able to pick ir up around 5:30pm. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD.
