There was a lack of communication between myself and the collision center. I received emails the first two weeks after dropping off my car, they were about the progress of my vehicle and finally that it was ready for pickup. After receiving what I thought was the final email, I took off work a bit early to go pick it up. To my dismay my car was no where near completion. I spoke with another estimator there and he had said that I shouldn’t have received those emails and he reaffirmed that there was a communication gap. I was unhappy in the first rental car that I had been given so that day they put me in something more suitable for me. So I didn’t leave all that upset. After all this I no longer got emails from autonation, and I had to call Scott the next week about the ETA of my vehicle. The week after Scott finally took the initiative to call me and give me an update. I am happy with the way my car looks and drives, I just hope that there is a better way for your team to communicate with customers.

My car is 12 years old - and red. I was concerned that the paint would be next to impossible to match. I needn't have worried. It's perfect! There were no surprises with the repair...the car was ready when promised, for the quoted cost. I was kept informed throughout the process, both via email and via telephone calls from Tom Gamlin. I expect I could have gotten the car repaired cheaper, but certainly not better, and that's the most important thing. First rate job all around.

Lack of quality customer service by phone in the beginning. Couldn't answer our questions and at one point they even told us they didn't have our vehicle.
