We went to several auto body shops to get a few different quotes. From the time we walked in the door it was only a few minutes before we met with Phil who took care of us throughout the whole process. While everyone was at lunch at other auto body shops Phil was still working and happily took a look at our car. He gave us the run down (how much, how long, etc) and really helped us through every step of the process to make it as easy as possible for us. He even had someone buff some of the minor scratches out to assess the damage before you did any work on my car which I really liked and ultimately earned our business. I also loved the fact that I received daily emails to inform me where it is at in the process. The whole experience was great from head to toe and I will definitely refer friends and family to Autonation and Phil for any future needs.

The work was done very professionally and timely. There were no delays and the vehicle was delivered as promised. While vehicle was in th shop, I received frequent updates on the repair progess; I was not left wonder or guess what was gonna happen next. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the work.

The email contact was very useful with the updates. Phil was really good with explaining everything that needed to be done and what was completed. Hopefully I will not need any more collision work done in my future but if I did I would use the AutoNation on Hoffner.
