I had to take car immediately to my mechanic because of a misfiring.That is what it seems to be You did not have anyone there. The car had to be left at the garage @ my mechanic over weekend lesving me with no car. I am furious

Very pleased with body work. One boo boo, the license plate lights were hanging down from the upper rear bumper. An over sight that should have been caught by several people. Just my opinion.

The repair came out well.
However, I had asked for additional repair on my hood and when I went to pick up my car, they had forgotten to repair the hood. It was a separate quote that I would have paid myself separate from the auto insurance claim.

Even though it took a while for the new car door to come in from Chrysler as it was on backorder, my car was fixed in a timely manner. The staff was always open and friendly and answered questions everytime I would call. Hopefully I will not need them in the near future, but should I need to get my car fixed again, I would take it to this shop. Thank you for doing a great job.
