The quality of workmanship was High. Since this repair was out of my pocket, I appreciated James Denis's effort to reduce the total customer cost. As in any front end damage as the tech's peal back the onion the work scope expands. James took great care to explain each step that added cost.

This is my second time using AutoNation Collision. The first time was a major repair and the repair was as if nothing had be damaged. I was going to check with my last customer service representative, Phillip Travis. He was not in the office that day and your representative James Denis was willing and capable of giving me an estament for the repair. His thorough inspection enabled him to explain what the repair process would be. I wanted a couple other estaments. I was unable to get a estament at one collision repair shop without an appointment and another repair shop was a little lower and they couldn't do the work for a couple weeks. I didn't like the lower shops repair area. Since I was well satisfied with my first repair and knew the repair area was much better than the other. I called James and he was so pleasant to talk to. He asked when can you bring your vehicle in and we will get started on the repair. I took my vehicle after talking to him. He gave me a time period when I would be able to pick up my vehicle and he would keep me up to date on the progress. He kept his promise and I was informed daily. I picked up my vehicle when scheduled. The repair was excellent and an example of the quality workmanship of your technicians. With representatives like Phillip and James, your office staff and technicians, you should have positive feed back every time. Thank you for the great job, Earl C
