The total process of repairing my car and returning it to its original state has been unexpectedly smooth, positive, and rewarding as a customer. The overall process that began with an estimate, planning of job, execution, monitoring, and finishing stage was excellent and carried out without any complications. Scott Duckett was in charge of the car from the beginning to the end. Monitoring calls by Scott were received with clear and simple descriptions of issues updates and forthcoming tasks that kept me informed and at ease. I must admit that State Farm was timely and supportive throughout the time the car was prepared and diagnosed. My experience receiving the car was excellent as well. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their car repaired. They were very nice to deal with, kept us informed, & did a good job.

The only comment I have is that they took off my seat belt covers and the tape off my back window and then I could not find them. I did after looking around the back area find the seat belt covers but I never found any tape from the back window and then had to replace it. Other than these things, everything went fine.

Great job on repairs, thank you for detailing my car inside and giving it back so clean. Personnel was kind and provided update on what was being fixed and the timeline. Very pleasant experience!

What a delight to work with Mike Stocksett. He sent updates every morning to keep me informed. He even accommodated to let pick up my vehicle on Thanksgiving day on his day off. That is customer service at it absolute very best.
