Fred was outstanding in keeping me in the loop throughout the process. His customer service went above and beyond my expectations, and really was pleasent to have around. Even when he couldn’t get a hold of me theough the phone, or leave a voicemail, he made sure to contact me via email. At the end of the repairs, he walked me through everything and took a final look at the truck to explain everything. The lady at the front desk (I never caught her name), was also outstanding and was easy to get along with. The carwise app was also something that I never expected in the fact that I could monitor progress throughout the entirety of the car repair process. Having the enterprise right there as well was very convienent and I couldn’t have asked for an easier process. Also it is awesome knowing about the warranty and that you are willing to stand by your work, and it speaks volumes as the car seems to look great to the best of my knowledge- it’s just an added layer of comfort to ease my mind about the repairs.

no call back please. For some reason Auto Nation could not get the same hub cap. It's ok and AN did attempt more than once.
