Made an appointment with Fred so that the parts needed would be on hand. All went very well and the vehicle repairs were done prior to the completion date of 12/11/18. The work was very professional and the Van looked great. The accident occurred in TN and I'm glad I waited to have the repairs done here in FL. Excuse me, but I forgot the lady's name in the Office. It was like dealing with an old Friend. No problems getting a referral from me.

Fred, was great! I am not familiar with what one is to do at a Collission center but as far as provindong customer service he did an excellent job. Since the beginning, he made sure he explained everything in detail. When I picked up the vehicle he was sure I was satisfied with the repair they provided.. I could honestly say, I would hope I don’t have to see him again given the circumstances however, if needed would highly recommend coming here!
