Your service advisor- Jeff Ellis was great. He was very personable, and went into great detail about the estimate, advising re: any possible deviation, providing multiple examples, and the cost they might incur. Also was appreciative of pictures emailed,confirming the inside damage to the car (which DID justify the added cost of a bumper replacement, not just cosmetic fix). I also liked the daily communications, both via email and phone text. And, the car,once delivered, had such a spectacular detail job and shine; very impressed. Lastly, the woman at your front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. All your employees I dealt with (directly, and indirectly) are an asset, and I appreciate them. I am a pharmacist, and am detail-oriented, so I appreciate people that have the same work ethic and attention to details as I do. Laurie F

Buddy and his team did an EXCELLENT JOB with my repair. He kept me well informed and the time frame was better then accurate! Vehicle looked beautiful and was cleaned inside and out.
