I brought our 2014 Nissan Altima to the AutoNation shop for repairs due to “surprise” damage discovered in a parking lot after a day of shopping. Someone had sideswiped/scraped the door and wheel-well on the passenger side. The personal attention provided to me by Fred Ellis at the Oviedo shop was greatly appreciated. He was thorough in explaining the process of repairs, procurement of replacement parts and timeline to complete the work. I even got a short tour of the workshop, as a mechanical guy it was very interesting. I was kept up to date on the repair progress by the AutoNation automated email system and phone calls from Fred. In summary – our car was repair on time and on budget and looks great.
