It began with your receptionist. What a great personality and extremely helpful person. Example, as the Dean of Students at a local high school I forgot a few items in my car. She crawled through paint and plastic to retrieve my much important papers. Next, was Fred. He was the one who guided me through the entire process, a true professional. Can't think of the name of the actual mechanic but I believe he rides a Harley. After he finished my car looked new. Yes, I would recommend friends and family.

This was my second time in 2 years using AutoNation collision and dealing with Fred Ellis and I was not disappointed, he kept me informed thru the whole process thru email, hopefully I don't have to use AutoNation collision again but if I do or any of my friends and family need a body shop I would definitely recommend Auto Nations Collision Oviedo and Fred Ellis.
