She then introduced me to Fred Ellis, and the experience continue d to get better. Fred was very engaging making a GREAT FIRST IMPRESSION as he explained his role and asked about and reviewed my damage which needed repair. He went on to insure my best interest was at heart, never compromising quality or service. Provided estimate in a timely fashion. Although i waited to get my vehicle repaired right away, I returned greeted by the same smile and customer service. Throughout the repair process i was notified of progress in a timely and unobtrusive fashion through e mail. My repair was completed early, and set up for my pick up. The final steps were reviewing the overall job completed. Everything was impeccable! i will recommend nation to all my friends, neighbors and colleagues because of the overall customer experience and quality work.

Great experience

My vehicle was involved in a very minor incident that damaged a tire/rim and strut. No body damage. According to your paperwork there was approx. 3.**** hours of labor spent fixing it, yet you kept my car for two weeks. You didn't even notify me it was ready for pickup, I just showed up and it was sitting there parked for who knows how long then I had to wait another 30 minutes for you to complete the paperwork.

Both customer care and automobile repair were superb.

I had bought a vehicle and did not realize that part of the bumper had been pushed in. Fred was able to help me and using heat put the bumper back so that I did not have to pay a substantial amount to repair it and I was so grateful to Fred for helping me and explaining each step along the wayz. When he returned the vehicle, it looked brand new and it was even washed! Recommend them completely.
