Ken was the representative who took care of me. He was OUTSTANDING! From the second I pulled in he came out to greet me before I even entered the building, and his communication via email to keep me posted on the status of my vehicle was very helpful. Very friendly and excellent customer service. So much so that he is the sole reason I am filling out this review to make sure he gets the credit he deserves! Thank you Ken!

The vehicle was not delivered when promised, automated system was sending emails confirming delivery for the previous week. The car was not properly cleaned, I found parts under the front seat, rear seat. Had to come back the next day after they installed the two plastic parts and detailed the vehicle.

The emails that I received from Auto Nation Collision with updates did not give me any update of my car.
These updates have to be more specific, they are to vague. They did not tell me anything about the status of my car.

I honestly have no complaints. Luis, the guy that was helping me, made sure I had no worries. Kept me updated with everything going on with my car. I knew everything was on track. As soon as I got there, he greeted me with my beautiful car :) It looked so amazing!! Thank you Luis so much for everything. My car looks brand new. I will continue to come back if need be lol because of how great Luis took care of me. Thank youuuuuu :)
