From the beginning of the process Zack was amazing. He was very detailed on what needed to be repaired and he was prepared to take my car the day I brought it in to be seen. He took care of calling enterprise to pick me up so I could pick up the rental. He emailed me the estimate and kept me informed. The day my car was ready to be picked up he called and emailed me. His service was great. I informed him that I was at work and was concerned that the shop would be closed by the time I got out of work. He listened to me and worked with his team to see what they could do for me. I was actually able to have my fiancé pick up my car keys and my car was great. Can’t even tell that it was damaged . The shop did a great job. All around I’m very happy with the work done in my car. Thank you.

My wife was very nervous leaving her car. We have always taken very good care of her car. (Mint condition). When someone backed into her car she was devastated. Upon recieving the truck my bed topper was chipped in five places. Someone tried to put a drop of paint on one so I would not notice. The right rear passenger door does not close right. Inside of vehicle was not cleaned well. Dust everywhere. I,family am friends will not do business again with auto nation. Vehicle was in body shop for four weeks. (Very disapointed)
