I'm really pleased with the work that was done on the car, it looks fantastic. Repairs took a reasonable amount of time and I was without a car for only a few days.
The best part of my experience was dealing Jason at the center - he was extremely polite, friendly, well-spoken, and professional. He made me feel like I was in good hands. He kept me up-to-date every step of the way, and explained everything thoroughly. I can't say enough about the customer service he provided; it really was top-notch. The other staff members that I interacted with (but only on a very limited basis) were also very polite and professional. All in all, I'm very happy with the service I received.

I got rear ended on Labor Day and needed repairs to be handled. I decided to go through Toyota due to that being the car I have and where I initially purchased my car brand new in 2012. I figured this was the best route to take and Boy was I wrong, It initially started well with the collision specialist at dealership as I've worked with him before and it went well, that time around. I turned in my car and the shop estimated a 12 days repair, which is ok. I kept in contact with my rep more then her keeping in contact with me, I called at one point to get an update and she stated things were on track to get done on time. On the day or time I expected things to have been completed, I still didn't receive notice or a call to let me know where things stand, so I called. I come to find out that there was an extension on the time needed due to employee being out of office due to health, etc, which is ok though not my problem, still would expect done on time as "satisfaction for customers" is what Toyota claims to thrive on. After mentioning my concerns and the fact that I was disappointed and don't like to be liable for a rental for an extended period of time , your rep stated "it could be worse, you should be happy you at least have a car" which is the worst response I've gotten from a company ever. In the mean time, with the luck that I've had, my rental gets hit in a parking lot and I now have to pay deductibles (regardless of it not being my fault, may have an insurance increase) and chase the other drivers insurance company around to cover the paid amount for whatever the repairs may be, and that's due to a slow repair process by Toyota. I specifically wanted to have my own vehicle back in a timely fashion so I'm not liable for someone else's, and guess what happens. Being already extremely disappointed, after I finally came and picked my vehicle up today after dropping off the rental and explaining the whole incident to them with their vehicle that I was driving getting hit, I come to find out that the front bumper wasn't installed correctly and wasn't fully drilled in as It had screws lose and had to take to another shop as the last thing I'd want to do is come back to the other side of town from where I work to have your shop fix your own mess. All in all, this experience has caused nothing but headache, time consumption, and stress for me rather than taking the stress and work off my hands, you as a company have let me down largely and the only way I would ever consider doing repairs or business with you is if you refund my out of pocket expense for all this has caused, an extreme inconvenience and unprofessional service overall. I will look forward to a management response and hope you can understand my concern and frustration and a full refund of $758 that was paid out of pocket.
