Michael did an excellent job. He went out of his way when I brought my car in it was very late in the afternoon and no rental cars were available at the Collision Center, so Michael took me in his personal car to the car rental location. He was very open and honest about what he and his team were going to do and promise to update me on changes or additional repairs. Just an exceptional experience all the way around. The finish product was 'perfect', my Honda FIT looked showroom ready. I cannot thank Michael and his team enough for the quality and workmanship put into my Honda. As of today, I am satisfied with the service and repairs completed at the Collision Center. The time frame was shorter than stated, which was very pleasing. My automobile looks great today and I am hoping it stays that way. One note of satisfaction was that I was able to speak with the head of the repair center to discuss the paint on my auto, which was going to be difficult to match. He assured me that there would be no concerns. As of today, I am very pleased with the overall experience.

Everything was fixed proper and I am satisfied with everything.
