The service was done quickly and well. We were impressed with the efficiency of our service representative Blair he took great pains to be sure we understood exactly how the repairs were to be done ,the estimated cost , answered our questions and most of all he was concerned that personal comfort was at its highest level. My husband and I are in our 80's and he walks with a cane . Blair went to the trouble of walking us out to the rental car and assisting him down the steps. We received the necessary phone calls for completion and pick up on time . As usual Ford preformed at
an efficient and timely fashion as Ford customers since 1953 and owners of five Crown Victorias that didn't come as a surprise but it was comforting to know that record is maintained in five states .
