The follow up was excellent and the car returned like new within the the time proposed. I was very pleased with this service from start to finish.

This is the second time i have had my car repaired through auto nation. Blair is super reliable in his contacting me to let me know how the repairs were coming. His quote for repairs was right on the money and the repairs were excellent! Both times my car looks just like it did before the accident. As long as Blair works at auto nation i will take my car no where else. He is very trust worthy and has never failed in his service or friendliness.

I was given the pick up day of Friday. All that would have been necessary would have been to call me and tell me it would be a later date. I had to make several calls until I finally got a through and found it would be Tuesday. Again, I had to keep calling to see if I could pick up the car. When I picked up the car it looked beautiful, however, there were several marks on the bumper which had not been there when I left the car. Luis went in and got some wax to rub them out; only after he had explained to me how to do the same thing. I really didn't think that was my responsibility. When I went to enterprise to pick up a car, no appointment (reservation) had been made for me. All in all, Luis was very nice to me, it just seemed I didn't need these irritations because my Dog was not expected to live and I was already stressed.

Unfortunately this was 3rd time in the last 7 years I've required repairs on my loved BMW 740iL. Having a trusted and reliable place to repair the damage is so important to me. When I call AutoNation, I personally ask for Blair ****. Not only is Blair very professional and knowledgeable, he makes an unpleasant event into something that is tolerable.
