I called Carmen Meabe, Customer Care Manager at Lexus of Tampa Bay requesting contact information for the Lexus Collision Center of Tampa Bay. She immediately gave me all of the contact information I needed; since the collision center was not located at the same address as Lexus of Tampa Bay, my normal place I use for any type of customer care service.
I was very impressed with Alison the receptionist at the Lexus Collision Center. She answered all of
my questions on every phone call I made and arranged an appointment for me to come to the collision repair center to meet with Edwin, my collision estimator who would be assisting me in repairing my vehicle that had been damaged in a recent auto accident.
Edwin set-up a completion date for the repair work.
He called me one day prior to the pick up date and
advised me that my Lexus RX 350 was ready for pickup **** day earlier than anticipated. I was extremely happy that he finished the job earlier than expected. He met with me at the time of pickup and showed me the repair work and assured me of guarantee for their work.
I chose Lexus to repair my collision damage because of the prior service Lexus has always offered to me with their customer service over at Lexus of Tampa Bayfor the past 8 years.
Lexus has never disappointed me. I always tell everyone how much I have love working with your
team of experts at Lexus. Your service is outstanding and very much appreciated, not to mention how much my husband and I love the past
four Lexus vehicles we have owned and driven.
Thank you for making my experience with Lexus feel like perfection all of the time. Your Team of Experts at Lexus are the Best!

My experience with Amanda Pasteur was great. She kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle. My car turned out beautiful! I was disappointed in the amount of time it took to complete the repairs. Close to 2 months way exceeded the timeframe they gave me. Other than that, my experience was good.

The repair work was good but it took longer than expected. Also I was told that the car was to be washed and when I got the car back it was very dirty and had swirl marks on it . The vehicle is new and has only been washed by the Lexus dealership and the paint was in great shape with no swirl marks. Being a new car it has never been driven in the rain and told them I would wait **** extra day to pick up my car because it rained the day it was finished. My car has water spots and swirl marks. It wouldn't be a big deal if my paint wasn't perfect but it was before drop off. Other than the cars front damage.

JR was extremely helpful, he kept me up to date on the repairs and even took the time to thoroughly explain some of the issues with my vehicle.
Although, during one of our meetings an employee "Christina Perez" was extremely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable! She was very unprofesssional, interjecting into my meeting with JR because she was apparently annoyed that he was taking the time to educate me about my vehicle. It was very inappropriate and unnecessary.
