My car is only a year old and not only did I have to take it back but I was informed they put an aftermarket light on my car which didn't even match the light on the other side! My cars not old it's a 2014 so I'm upset as to why an aftermarket light was put on my car instead of a stock light without my knowledge and to have it clearly not match the light on the other side of the car really upsets me.

When the car was initially ready, the following discrepancies were discovered; dust/dirt in paint finish, 3 fasteners missing. Car was reprocessed, taking another week. The initial estimated completion forecast was **** week. Three weeks later the car was picked up. The paint finish was very good. But, 2 fasteners still missing, screws in mud guard are loose, because retaining nuts are stripped. We took the vehicle anyway to end this experience. I will the fasteners myself. After leaving the dealership a ****/4 mile down the road my wife stopped to get gas and the small panel behind the interior door release handle fell off, because it was broken when body shop was removing door panel, and didn't replace it. They just stuck it back in place. Also, they scratched the interior door panel, and didn't replace. My wife immediately returned to the body shop to report her findings. Wait don't guess what happened; the Service Writer immediately said she knew about it. She said it happened when they had to remove the door panel. She knew about it and didn't do anything about it??? She said she would order replacement parts. Let's see how long this takes. When the parts come in, I prefer for Autonation to deliver and schedule repair across the street at Lucas Honda. Sincerely, Rick Eveson 631-4850 Lisa E

Shocked and offended when your Hertz representative became agitated when I asked for a receipt. She called me a mother **** and told me to get the **** out of here. I will.... I've purchased 2 new vehicles at your company and get all service work there as well. I had just had 3600.00 in body work done when this person verbally attacked me. After my service agreement with my Exployer is complete I will never step foot on your property.

Aaron was awesome! He catered to me and my time restrictions and was very professional in all parts of the transactions. Me made sure that I was updated on the status of my vehicle as well as got me pushed through to be able to still make my vacation. I work in the customer service industry and I know how hard it is to find good people, Aaron is as good as you will find.
